Lucky - Courtesy Animal
This is not an ART cat. Please call the number below to find out what the adoption procedure is.
Lucky is a 6 year old, short hair domestic, male cat that needs a loving home. He is very affectionate and loves attention. He does well with strangers, but can be a little scittish at times. He is front declawed and neutered and stays indoors. Lucky is up to-date on his Rabies and FVRCPP vaccine.
The reason he is looking for a home is that the two household dogs chase him all the time and he has become unsocial when they are around. I feel it is unfair for him to live a life in hiding due to dogs. He would do best in a home without a dog. We also have another household cat that he gets along with just fine. When adopted, the adoption fee would go to Animal Rescue of Tidewater. My contact info is #673-6662, nicoleemerson@cox.net.

Cleo - Courtesy Animal
This is not an ART cat. Please call the number below to find out what the adoption procedure is.
Cleo is a five to six year old tabby that I took in when she was abandoned by her former owner, who simply moved and left the cat behind. All of Cleo’s shots are current and she has tested negative for all feline diseases. Cleo is on Heart worm prevention med. and is spayed. She weighs twenty pounds and is in good health. Cleo is very social with other cats (we Have four) and is very affectionate toward people. We have no children now, so I have not seen how she behaves around young children but imagine she would do fine with older. Cleo has been an indoor cat. She enjoys playing with our other cats and catnip toys. She loves to sit in a window or by a sliding glass door and watch the world go by. I have not seen her around dogs, up close and personal; but she is curious when they pass by her door. For more information on Cleo, contact Thomas M. Barrett at (757)-928-2644 or by email at tbarrett@nnrha.org

Hallway cage: These precious litter of kittens are just now available for adoption: they are 7 weeks old, and some are males and others female (the orange one is male...). It will be hard to pick just one to take home. In fact , how about taking two, so they can play together?

Pen G2: This petite little girl is only about 6 months old, but she looks like she's going to stay kittenish and small her whole life. She has a sleek, shiny coat and a lithe, lean body. Her white whiskers are to die for...as is the black spot on the underside of her chin! She's playful and "people" friendly...a purrfect pet! Hall: Mr. And Mrs. Rabbit plus Babies This bunny family is beyond cute. The mom is in the cage next door; she looks just like dad, but her week-old babies are assorted colors, each prettier than the one before! These are domesticated rabbits, who were found in a home that was being demolished. They are tame and simply adorable!. Located at the VBAC, 2665 Leroy Rd, Virginia Beach, Va. 385-4444.
