In addition to educating the community about spay\/neuter, we provide financial assistance with spay\/neuter costs for Hampton Roads residents who do not have the financial means to pay for the surgery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Donations are processed through our parent organization, <a href=\"https:\/\/artanimals.org\/donate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Animal Resources of Tidewater (ART)<\/a>, and there are many options!
