Brrrr….so chilly this morning but so worth it!
Today’s clinic spayed/neutered 25 cats and dogs.
Our first arrival was Ziggy the Calico. Her human “brother” posed for a picture with her in front of the super duper PETA mobile clinic van. That’s Ron Artest with canine pal John Henry on the side of the van.
Small dogs ruled early check in, too. Deyonta Russell brought Judo and Tiger to be neutered. We were thrilled to hear that Deyonta heard about our service through her civic league. Go Fairmont Park!
Go Monarchs, too! We saw a few Old Dominion University students with their pets. Maggy, a sweet tortie, came with one of her caretakers. There are more strays on her street, and the ODU students who care for her will work on bringing those cats for surgery and shots.
