Willow is a community post for Animal aid Society in Hampton – www.animalaidsociety.org

Willow is a very sweet, smart and independent girl. She knows a handful of basic cues, loves hanging out curled up in the doggie bed with her favorite stuffy and on occasion, she’ll even engage in a game of fetch. Her favorite thing to do is sniff sniff sniff!

Willow is a behavioral special needs dog as she is very protective of her toys and food. We recently learned she may have a food allergy and has had multiple ear infections, so she has a sensitivity to things around her head including a collar and harness. Once the relationship and trust is built Willow is very attached to her person and will always be right by your side.

Willow needs a patient, devoted person who will earn his trust, and respect his boundaries.

Animal Aid will provide free sessions with Willow’s certified professional trainer to help that special person learn how to help this special dog.

Potential adopter must have a securely fenced yard, and live in an adult-only household.

If interested in meeting Willow, please contact our Training Coordinator at training@animalaidsociety.org

* Will consider interested applications outside of a 45 mile radius of the shelter.
