Frank was found as a tiny stray kitten by a compassionate young woman who took him into her home. Not long afterward, she lost her job and was unemployed for months. She recently found a job and is trying to get back on her feet, but Frank had a urinary blockage and she spent every penny she had helping him at the ER. They sedated and catherized him, gave him pain meds and sent him home with prescription food. A week later he was still struggling to urinate and needed further vet care. She had no money to spare so ART paid $164 for his vet visit, test, fluids and medication. When Frank is feeling better we will also see that he gets neutered. His owner is so very grateful because ART helped when no one else would respond. Thanks to our donors Frank is a happy kitty once again, and this compassionate woman will one day be in the place to pay it forward to help another cat in need.
